How it works

Care in four steps

The same testing philosophy as our research side, applied to people: a provider decides, a licensed pharmacy compounds, and your labs stay in the loop.

1

Complete a health assessment

A branching intake covers your goal, history, medications, and eligibility. Takes a few minutes.

2

A licensed provider reviews

A board-certified provider reviews your assessment and required baseline labs, then decides if therapy is appropriate.

3

A personalized protocol is compounded

If approved, your protocol is prescribed and compounded by a licensed US 503A pharmacy, shipped to your door.

4

Ongoing check-ins

Scheduled follow-ups and messaging keep your protocol adjusted, with repeat labs as your provider directs.

Treatment areas

What would you like to work on

These are areas of care you explore with a provider, not products you add to a cart. Choose one to start an assessment scoped to that goal.

Whether any peptide is appropriate for you, and which one, is a decision made only by a licensed provider after reviewing your health assessment and baseline labs. Nothing on this page is a recommendation to use a specific compound.

Who is behind your care

Named providers, a licensed pharmacy

On the research side we prove what is in the vial with a certificate of analysis. Here we prove who is accountable for your care: named providers, a licensed compounding pharmacy, and required lab work.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does compounded mean?
A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for a specific patient based on a provider's prescription. It is made to your protocol rather than mass-produced.
Are these medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacy under a provider's prescription. Your provider will discuss the benefits and risks with you.
Who prescribes my therapy?
A licensed, board-certified provider reviews your health assessment and baseline labs and decides whether therapy is appropriate. If it is, they write the prescription and a licensed US 503A pharmacy compounds it. Only a provider can prescribe.
What does it cost?
A single monthly membership from $199 to $349 bundles your provider consult, compounded medication, and monitoring. The tier depends on the protocol your provider approves. Baseline and follow-up lab work are billed separately. You are not charged for medication until a provider approves a protocol. See pricing.
What if I am not eligible?
Some answers on the assessment, such as pregnancy or a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, mean therapy may not be suitable and your assessment is routed to a provider for careful review rather than approved automatically. You are never charged for medication when a provider does not approve a protocol.
How is my data handled?
This page is a design prototype. Your answers are saved only in your own browser so a refresh does not lose them, and nothing is transmitted or stored on a server. A live service would handle health information under applicable privacy and security rules. See our privacy policy.
