Terms of service

By accessing pep4less.com (the "site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Research use only

All products sold by pep4less are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use. Nothing on the site is a claim of safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Accounts and age verification

You must be 21 years or older to create an account or place an order. We verify age by date of birth at account creation and again at the site's entry gate, and we re-confirm your research-use certification at checkout. These consents are recorded with your account and your orders.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your date of birth and shipping details.
• We may refuse or close accounts, and refuse or cancel orders, at our discretion, including where we cannot verify age or eligibility or where we suspect misuse.

Eligibility and certification

You must be a qualified researcher able to safely handle research materials. By entering the site and by completing checkout, you affirmatively certify that the products are for laboratory research only, not for human or animal consumption, and that you are 21 or older. This certification is recorded with each order.

Prohibited uses

• You will not use, administer, or allow the products to be used in or on humans or animals.
• You will not resell, transfer, or redistribute the products for human or animal consumption, or to any party you know or suspect intends such use.
• You will not relabel, repackage, or misrepresent the products as approved drugs, supplements, or consumer goods.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products in your jurisdiction.

Payments

Orders may be paid by card through a third-party payment processor and/or by manual methods such as Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Card data is handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy. pep4less does not store full card numbers. If you pay by a manual method, that service handles your payment data under its own terms.

Prices, availability, and testing and pricing claims may change at any time, and we may correct errors. Comparative "below market" pricing (for example, "up to 70% off market") is approximate: it refers to typical advertised prices for comparable research compounds from other suppliers and may vary. Purity and testing statements ("99%+ purity," "independently third-party tested") describe our testing program: we qualify every vendor with independent third-party testing before listing and spot-test products on a monthly rotation, and we keep the certificate of analysis for each compound's latest verified test on file, available on request. Our 99%+ purity guarantee and its 30-day return remedy are set out in the refunds and returns section.

Two separate offerings

pep4less also offers a separate, provider-directed peptide therapy service, which has its own terms, eligibility, and clinical framing that apply only inside a provider relationship. Research products and peptide therapy are not the same and are not interchangeable: a research product is not a substitute for prescribed therapy, and prescribed therapy is not a substitute for a research product. The therapy service is currently a preview and is not yet accepting patients.

Shipping destinations and export

We ship within the United States. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted or prohibited, and we may decline or cancel any order. You are responsible for confirming that import and use are lawful at your destination. Do not export the products in violation of applicable export-control or customs laws.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The products and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pep4less is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue. You agree to indemnify pep4less against claims arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these terms.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information pep4less collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email, and a password. Passwords are managed by our authentication provider; we do not see or store your raw password.
• Age-verification data, including your date of birth, your age-verification status, and records of the consents you give at account creation, at the entry gate, and at checkout.
• Order information and history, such as your shipping address, the items, quantities, and totals in each order, any discount or referral code used, and your order history tied to your account.
• Payment records. For card payments, we receive transaction records from our payment processor (for example, a confirmation, amount, and status). We do not store full card numbers. For manual methods (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle), those services handle your payment data under their own privacy policies.
• Local browser storage. The site stores your cart, your entry-gate acknowledgment, and any applied promo or referral code in your browser's local storage so the site works as you shop. This stays on your device and is not, by itself, sent to us.

How we use information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and to communicate about them.
• To keep compliance and age-verification records, including the research-use certification and consent records.
• To maintain your account and order history so you can review and reorder.
• To attribute referrals to the correct independent representative, where a referral code is used.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the store: with our payment processor to complete card transactions, with shipping carriers to deliver orders, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can clear the site's local storage at any time through your browser settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the account and order information we hold, email privacy@pep4less.com (or orders@pep4less.com). We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Children

The site is not directed to, and is not intended for, anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact privacy@pep4less.com and we will delete it.

Refunds and returns

For safety and integrity reasons, research materials cannot be accepted back into inventory once shipped.

All sales are final except for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, that are not delivered, or that are covered by our purity guarantee below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@pep4less.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items at our discretion.

Purity guarantee

Every compound is guaranteed to meet 99% or higher purity. If independent third-party testing shows a product below the stated purity, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact orders@pep4less.com with the test result; the returned product and lot must match your order. This is in addition to returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or that do not arrive. Return shipping for a below-purity claim is on us.

Non-delivery

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, though the protections above still apply.

Rates and dispatch

• Flat $10 shipping per order within the United States.
• In-stock items typically dispatch within about 48 hours of confirmed payment.
• Items that are out of stock may take up to two weeks to dispatch; we will let you know if there is a delay.

Handling

Orders are packed discreetly and appropriately for research materials. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Destinations

We ship within the United States only and do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted. You are responsible for confirming that receipt and use are lawful at your address. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
